Robert Kester, AIA, is a Qualified Area Chief in Aquatic Education and an avid fisherman and hunter. Bob also is a Certified NASP Archery Instructor. He previously served on the Governing Board from 2006-2011 as Vice Chairman. Bob also formed the Annual JrAHA Scholarship Program which is named for him in his honor.
Jerry Lerman, MS, LPT, one of the founders is a Qualified Area Chief in Aquatic Education who served as Secretary of the Governing Board from 2006 -2010.
Garry J. Sullivan, one of the founders who served on the Governing Board from 2006-2011. Garry is a Qualified Aquatic Education Instructor and is known as "the Ranger Dude" by many kids.
